After a lengthy search with numerous excellent candidates to select from, WNYICC is pleased to announce the hiring of our newest (and first!) employee, Nikki Kmicinski, Director of Business Development!  Nikki is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Real Estate Agent and small business owner.  Her background and experience in evidence-based programs and collaboration are a perfect fit for WNY Integrated Care.  Nikki’s experience working at Erie County Senior Services on the Living Healthy Diabetes and Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs allowed WNY Integrated Care to develop an accredited Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support Program which is eligible for Medicare reimbursement.  When not at WNYICC, Nikki enjoys attending the sporting events of her 2 teenagers (Kam and Kendall), hiking, traveling to new places with her husband (Greg) and hosting an annual Euchre tournament.
