Our DPP Workshops:

  • Are Fun and Engaging: You WILL be motivated!  Learn and share ideas in an interactive workshop!
  • Focus on Simple Lifestyle Changes: Physical Activity, Healthy Eating, and Weight Loss you KEEP OFF!
  • Are Led by certified Lifestyle Coaches!
  • Follow CDC's "Prevent T2" curriculumProven to work!
  • Are Convenient: All 2021 workshops being provided virtually.  You can attend safely from the comfort of your home.
  • Provide Support to You for a Whole YearSessions are scheduled once per week for the first 4 months; then taper to once per month.  Have to miss a Session? That's OK! We offer Make-up Sessions too!
